Daniel Israeli holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Tel Aviv University, and has direct experience working with Chinese enterprises in cross-border business contexts, including on-the-ground exposure in China. His background includes senior procurement roles, engagement with Israel's technology, innovation, and investment ecosystem, and leading mandates for international companies establishing operations in Israel.

Engagement

The client aimed to enter the Israeli market and position itself as a preferred partner with a leading MAG7 technology customer. We acted as the local representative, interfacing with engineering, product, and procurement teams — coordinating technical discussions, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring requirements and deliverables were clearly defined.

Outcome

Publicly-Traded Medical Group

Client

Guangzhou-based total-solution provider of medical apparatus with in-house R&D — products used in 15,000+ hospitals and exported to 90+ countries.

Engagement

The client sought to acquire an innovative Israeli medical device, while maintaining strict confidentiality and avoiding premature market exposure. We conducted a targeted technical and commercial assessment, engaging directly with the Israeli counterparty under anonymity, and supported the negotiation and alignment of terms between both parties.

Outcome

Supported a commercial agreement with a total deal value of US$15 million.

Client

Shenzhen-based integrated medical and aesthetic devices group — 1,300+ employees, five manufacturing sites, products used in 85% of China's major hospitals, distributed across 70+ countries.

Engagement

The client was evaluating a strategic investment in an Israeli pre-clinical laser technology company, including potential acquisition, minority investment, or distribution partnership. We conducted targeted technical and commercial due diligence, and assessed strategic fit in coordination with a leading Israeli medical investment fund.

Guwahati-based medical device manufacturer — USFDA-certified producer of disposable and auto-disabling syringes under ISO 13485:2016, with a production capacity of 1.4 million units per day.

Engagement
