Art & Investment Advisory
Arthouse Advisory, a Shanghai-based boutique art advisory firm with an international network spanning China, Europe, and the Americas, sought access to high-net-worth Israeli collectors and investors for business development and partnership purposes — with a further ambition to establish itself as the art advisor of choice to Israeli investment funds and family offices.
Our ApproachBefore making any introductions, we first analyzed the client's positioning — understanding the specific asset classes within its advisory practice, and identifying which type of Israeli investor's return expectations and investment methodology would genuinely align with that offering. Only once that fit was clear did we source and screen relevant prospects across private wealth, family offices, and the cultural sector, and facilitate targeted introductions.
The ChallengeArt is not widely perceived in Israel as a mainstream, high-return asset class the way it might be in more established art-investment markets — so before any specific introduction could land, there was an initial skepticism to overcome about whether art belonged in a sophisticated investor's portfolio at all. Shifting that framing, from a collectible to an asset class with its own return profile and diversification logic, was the real precondition for the introductions that followed to succeed.
Delivered Arthouse Advisory direct, qualified access to a curated network of high-net-worth Israeli collectors, family offices, and investors — establishing a credible foothold in a market where the firm had no prior presence or relationships.
