The Mandate

Dajing Medical, a Chinese manufacturer of next-generation endoscopic camera systems, sought to enter the Israeli market with no existing distributor and no prior sales in the country — starting from a blank slate on both the regulatory and commercial sides.

Our Approach

We conducted a full regulatory review of the company and its products against Israeli Ministry of Health requirements, then led business development efforts across Israel to identify relevant prospects and decision-makers. East Bridge also established the legal and regulatory structure needed to meet Israeli Ministry of Health obligations, putting Dajing Medical in a position to sell its products in Israel.

The Challenge

The real challenge was finding qualified leads for a new product category that had never been tested or established in Israel, for a company with no prior presence, contacts, or representation in the country to build from. That took more than persistence — it required a genuine understanding of what the market actually needed, a clear read on how the relevant stakeholders and decision-makers operate day to day, and, ultimately, the access to reach them directly.

Secured evaluation by Herzliya Medical Center (HMC), Israel's largest private hospital with over 5,000 employees, of Dajing Medical's endoscopic camera systems — delivered through regulatory groundwork, due diligence, and negotiations conducted entirely on the company's behalf, in a market where it had no distributor, no prior sales, and no existing contacts.
